Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Cierra spent the majority of her young life in the dance studio, competing from the age of 2 until the age of 18.
During her sophomore year of high school, Cierra became a member of the The Rouse Royals Dance Team, where she competed and performed with until she graduated.
After high school, she was chosen to be a member on the 78th line of the Kilgore College Rangerettes, serving as Head Swingster and Captain.
During her time at Kilgore, she had the opportunity to travel all over the world, performing for the Houston Texans, Baylor University, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Contest of Champions in Orlando, and has even ventured as far as Switzerland and Italy to perform.
Cierra feels lucky to have gotten many incredible opportunities during her dance career, such as working with choreographers Nappy Tabs, attending the Texas Dance Improvisational Festival, ACDA and being a member of the Kilgore College Modern dance company, Industry.
She is now a dance major at Sam Houston State University.
Cierra looks forward to the future, where she is excited to continue training and studying the art of dance!
