Senior and Junior Company Sponsorship Form for the 2020-2021 Competition Season
COMPANY
The Senior Company is comprised of dancers ages 12-18 and the Junior Company dancers are ages 8-11. This year, with the help of our sponsors, our dancers are hoping to compete in multiple dances through several competitions.

We will accept donations of any size; however, the packages are linked to the specific sponsor level. Once we receive and process your sponsorship, a receipt will be emailed to the address provided.
